Cindy and Esteem Wellness in Kamloops, BC wanted to refresh their brand, increase web traffic and start generating leads through digital advertising.
Problem They Faced
Esteem Wellness went under a brand transformation from what was previously known as Pratt’s Wellness & Weight Loss. They needed to revamp their visual identity to something that resonated closer to their new business model and services.
With that, they needed to generate brand awareness that resulted in more bookings for their business. Along with a re-brand, they also required a complete website overhaul to align with the new brand identity, including pages for home, about, services (weight loss, body contouring, and aesthetics), and contact, along with a dedicated landing page to promote their new Esteem Elite program.
The Solution: New Branding and Website
Esteem Wellness needed to create a new visual identity that showcased their business model of holistic health and wellness, and weight loss journeys. With a new logo, paired with modernized typography and a calming colour palette we were able to create a new identity that is now known as Esteem Wellness.
Our team designed and developed a new website for Esteem, including pages for home, about, services (weight loss, body contouring, and aesthetics), and contact. A dedicated landing page for the Esteem Elite program was also created, highlighting the exclusive benefits of the program, such as monthly discounts, priority booking, and elite concierge services, encouraging users to sign up and reserve their spot. The combination of these strategies created a positive feedback loop of lead generation where users who had visited the website at least once were constantly shown ads across Facebook and Instagram, keeping the Esteem Wellness brand top-of-mind until they converted.
Once the branding and web projects were ready to go we started a multiplatform digital advertising campaign that works together across Google and Meta platforms to generate brand awareness, keep the brand top-of-mind through retargeting, and generate leads in the form of sign-ups for their Esteem Elite promotional program, phone calls, and appointment bookings.
A Google campaign was set up to generate high-intent web traffic by focusing on keywords that reflected real user interest such as “wellness clinic Kamloops”. The Google campaign began generating leads and website traffic, which began feeding directly into a Meta Retargeting campaign via a Meta Pixel installed on the website tracking users who visited.
Results: Digital Advertising to Get Leads
From mid-March to late May, Google generated 755 clicks and nearly 12,000 impressions, for a click-through rate of 6.41%, nearly double the industry average of 3.27%.
Advertising on Meta platforms has generated 879 clicks and reached over 27,000 unique users in the same time frame with impressions just under 180,000. 48 users have either called, emailed, clicked a link to book an appointment or signed up for the Esteem Elite program.
This influx of new leads is a perfect space for Esteem to begin to cultivate new clientele and boost their sales.
