Primary Role:
As Longhouse’s SEO Results Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the lifecycle of ongoing SEO plans & client results. You will work closely with our partners and internal teams to ensure that all SEO initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and to get results; while consistently meeting our high-quality standards and exceeding our partners’ expectations.
Recommended Experience:
Proven experience in managing SEO campaigns across various industries.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools experience.
A College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field is considered an asset but not required.
2-years of experience in client-facing success management is required
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Define SEO plan objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with partner goals. Requires high-level project management skills with attention to detail.
Resource Coordination: Manage resources, including team members and tools, to execute SEO strategies effectively. Requires the ability to collaborate with team members and lead them toward successful outcomes.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain schedules for ongoing SEO plans, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on time. Requires a strategic thinking approach focused on achieving measurable results.
External Communication: Serve as the primary contact for partners, providing regular updates on SEO progress and managing expectations. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Internal Communication: Develop and communicate detailed briefs for ongoing SEO plans, ensuring clear alignment with specialists and department managers. Requires strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for making decisions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables related to ongoing SEO plans meet Longhouse’s quality standards and exceed partner expectations. Requires a self-starter who can take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges and roadblocks, making necessary adjustments to keep ongoing SEO plans on track.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing SEO plans, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Post-Project Review: Conduct reviews to assess the success of ongoing SEO plans, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future strategies.
