PumpWell Water Solutions helps Fraser Valley families, farmers, and businesses access clean, reliable water. As the water services landscape began to grow noisy with outdated messaging and lookalike brands, Pumpwell partnered with Longhouse to create a brand that felt as refreshing and trustworthy as the service they deliver.

The Challenge

PumpWell had grown through word of mouth, but needed help dedicating the time to their branding and website. While competitors relied on familiar tactics to hold their place in the market, PumpWell kept hearing the same frustrations and saw a chance to do things differently. PumpWell’s current positioning stands out by offering broad, general solutions while maintaining a brand presence that feels approachable, compassionate, and grounded. This balance allows the brand to lean toward an elevated, partially elite perception, without losing its human touch.

The Solution

We started by defining PumpWell’s direction, including their values, mission, and vision. From there, we built a visual identity. The logo combined elements of a droplet, gear, and well structure. Deep navy and bright blue kept the palette grounded, with a warm accent for balance. The website was built to support both residential and commercial clients, with content organized by audience and a layout that makes it easy to get in touch.

The Results

PumpWell’s new brand and website make it easier for people to get the help they need. Visitors can find services, book appointments, and access answers without running in circles. The brand messaging speaks to the real problems customers have faced and shows that PumpWell has taken a thoughtful approach to doing things better.
